Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry (1/10-1/50): use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Immunhistochemistry on Frozen Sections. Positive Control Tissue: Human Brain, Thymus.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Further Comments: This product is routinely tested in Flow Ccytometry on the MOLT4 cell line.
